Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (Residential DSP) overnight shift at DDRC in Arvada, CO. You will be part of a dedicated overnight team maintaining a safe, stable home environment for individuals supported, performing overnight checks, providing individualized supports that respect dignity and independence, handling household tasks, and completing timely documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and willingness to drive a large van. Prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Travel within the community may be required.
