Job Summary
Provide assistance to people receiving services across educational, residential, and community environments. Support activities of daily living including personal care while promoting choice and independence. Demonstrate compliance with all policies and state regulations to ensure safe program operation. Perform physical interventions and lift up to 50 lbs independently or assist with heavier weights. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible schedules including evenings, overnights, and weekends. Mandatory overtime may be required, and reassignment to other locations can occur based on business needs. Valid driver's license required for vehicle operation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime as necessary, and overnights
- Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software and e-mail applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50 lbs
- Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required
- Valid Driver's License
- Be able to perform all physical interventions
