Direct Support Professional - On Call

Direct Support Professional responsibilities include providing direct care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation), helping develop independent living skills, transporting to appointments and community activities, administering medications as required, maintaining accurate documentation, completing training modules, and communicating effectively with individuals, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care. The role requires a scheduled shift pickup (1 per month) and pays $16.50 per hour.
