Job Summary
Provide direct care, support, and skills training to individuals with developmental disabilities while fostering respectful relationships and ensuring a safe, clean living environment. Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, medication administration, and routine maintenance, alongside light housekeeping and meal preparation. Accompany approved drivers to approved appointments and errands, while supporting social skill development and community integration. Follow individualized support plans and maintain accurate documentation. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time on-call role in Eugene, Oregon at $19.00/hour with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
