Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) in an OMH Youth Home setting duties include assisting, instructing, and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence; ensure health and safety; build positive relationships; advocate for communication of wants/needs; facilitate community integration; perform light housekeeping, assist with nutritious meals, and administer medications as needed; participate in regular trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.
