Job Summary
Assist, instruct, and support individuals living in residences to enhance their independence and well-being. Advocate for individuals to communicate their needs and integrate them into the community for recreation. Perform daily tasks including light housekeeping, helping plan nutritious meals, and administering medications as needed. Build positive, meaningful relationships while serving as a positive role model for people with disabilities and staff. Participate in regularly scheduled trainings to enhance skills and knowledge. This role offers full-time or part-time hours across days, evenings, and nights, with a starting rate of $17 per hour.
