Job Summary
Direct Support Professional responsible for providing hands-on, compassionate assistance to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges; duties include personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, daily living skills), following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and promoting community engagement. May involve travel between Residential and Day programs; requires ability to lift 50+ lbs and a valid U.S. driver’s license with specified driving history. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver2s license with driving record requirements: At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points, or at least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
