Direct Support Professional - (Old Court-Randallstown) Sun, Mon, Weds, 8a-8p

Direct Support Professional provides hands-on, respectful assistance to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Roles include supporting daily living activities (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), utilizing approved behavior support techniques, encouraging community engagement, and potentially traveling between Residential and Day programs. Requires valid U.S. driver’s license with driving history criteria; experience in disability services is preferred but not required.
