Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Oakdale on a full-time Day Program team. Responsibilities include greeting participants, facilitating activities (music therapy, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, community outings), assisting with personal care routines, and providing compassionate support to individuals with disabilities. Schedule is 8:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday (33 hours/week) with full-time benefits (Medical, Dental, Retirement, Life Insurance, HSA, PTO). Prior direct-care experience is a plus; candidate must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
