Job Summary
Support daily routines including cooking, cleaning, and personal care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist clients with community engagement, social skills, and goal achievement while ensuring safety and well-being. Communicate with families and teams, complete documentation, and adapt to flexible schedules ranging from weekends to full-time shifts. Work one-on-one to promote independence in toileting, hygiene, and household tasks across multiple clients in the NW Portland area.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
