Direct Support Professional - Northern, NE

Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings by maintaining consistent engagement, fostering self-advocacy, and providing person-centered support for activities of daily living, hygiene, and medication administration. Deliver transportation services, teach life skills, and encourage participation in social groups while utilizing Positive Support Programs to guide interactions. Create safe environments, manage physical demands such as wheelchair transfers and shower assistance, and provide accurate shift documentation. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of background checks. Vocational shifts run Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm; residential coverage includes evenings, overnights, and weekends.
