Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide essential direct care and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work flexible hours. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, alongside a valid NYS Driver’s License and completion of background checks.
