Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and facilitating community participation. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires high school diploma, six months of experience in human services or direct care, and demonstrates patience, compassion, and reliability.
