Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them grow, learn, and live well. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while supporting developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene and provide support for behavioral challenges and complex needs. Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record and access to a registered vehicle for travel. Full-time positions available with competitive pay, benefits, and a 401(k) match. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
