Direct Support Professional

Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Assist participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while developing meaningful relationships and taking initiative for community integration. Manage time-sensitive tasks requiring adaptability, multi-tasking, and strong communication skills. This part-time evening and overnight role offers a starting pay of $15.00 hourly for those with a high school diploma, six months of human services experience, and a valid driver's license.
