Job Summary
Conduct direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assisting with personal hygiene, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Take initiative to help individuals integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Work a part-time overnight schedule from Friday 11p to Saturday 7a. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with insurance, and six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
