Direct Support Professional

Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to Individual Plans. Attend training for individuals served to ensure objectives and company goals are achieved, and participate in community outings and house orientation for new employees. Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment, while reviewing individual progress and coordinating shift objectives. Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely by serving as a role model for staff. This role requires a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report and two years of experience in direct services.
