Job Summary
Develop real relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while supporting their developmental goals in budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene, including eating, dressing, bathing, and toileting, and help participants engage in community activities. Manage behavioral challenges and provide care for individuals with autism and related conditions. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle for daily duties.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
