Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with developmental goals, including assisting with personal hygiene, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while fostering meaningful relationships. Help participants engage in community activities and manage behavioral challenges with patience and compassion. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
