Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, developing meaningful relationships and assisting with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and community integration activities. Manage participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs while taking initiative to support their growth and independence. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report and access to a registered vehicle for all duties. Work full-time overnight shifts from 7pm to 8am on a Wednesday-to-Wednesday 7-on-7-off schedule. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
