Job Summary
Transport individuals to community outings, medical appointments, and shopping while assisting with daily living skills like meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene. Provide guidance on developmental goals including community participation, household budgeting, and vocational responsibilities. Support persons served in redirecting agitated or aggressive behaviors and assist with grooming, bathing, and toileting. Work in community settings under clinical staff supervision to help individuals live independently. Valid driver's license and registered vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Successful clearance of background checks
- A reliable, responsible attitude

Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services preferred
