Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and facilitating community participation. Support participants with behavioral challenges while developing meaningful relationships and taking initiative to help them enjoy favorite activities. Manage overnight shifts from 10pm to 8am on a week-on/week-off schedule in Devils Lake, ND. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
