Job Summary
Build meaningful relationships with individuals with developmental disabilities while assisting with personal care, hygiene, meals, medication reminders, and daily routines. Encourage independence through life skills like budgeting and communication, then support community involvement and recreational activities. Provide patient, respectful support for behavioral or complex needs and help individuals achieve personal goals within a safe home environment. Work alongside your team to foster growth and independence. This full-time role in Keokuk, IA offers $16.00/hour with on-demand pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (held for at least one year)
- Access to a registered, insured vehicle
