Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Build meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them integrate into the community through favorite activities. Maintain ownership and trust from leaders to do what's right for participants, ensuring they gain stability, comfort, and confidence. This role requires a compassionate, patient approach to help youth facing out-of-home placements or transitioning back into family homes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
