Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and help them participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. Take initiative to help people grow, learn, and live well within a mission-driven team. This role requires a valid MN driver's license and six months of experience in human services or direct care. Full-time hours run 7 on/7 off with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MN drivers license in good standing
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
