Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. This role offers a competitive hourly rate between $18.10 and $19.85, full benefits including a 401(k) match, and paid time off. A high school diploma and six months of experience in human services or direct care are preferred.
