Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on helping them grow, learn, and live well. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while assisting with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Provide support for personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges for those with complex needs. Take initiative to help individuals integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Maintain a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report to transport participants. Work part-time Monday through Tuesday from 6am to 9am, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 8pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
