Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Help participants achieve developmental goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while fostering meaningful relationships and community integration. Manage multi-tasking responsibilities with patience and compassion, ensuring individuals live independently and overcome daily challenges. Requires a high school diploma, six months of human services experience, and a valid driver's license with access to a registered vehicle.
