Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering meaningful relationships and helping participants achieve developmental goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges while encouraging community engagement and independence. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires six months of experience in human services or direct care.
