Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Assist participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while developing meaningful relationships and taking initiative for community activities. Manage time effectively to support growth, learning, and independent living for those facing physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance.
