Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping them grow, learn, and live well. Develop meaningful relationships and take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and achieve developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene and provide support for behavioral challenges and complex needs. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record and provide a reliable, insured vehicle for all duties. Work weekends and evenings in rotating shifts, including Fridays and Tuesdays/Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license for at least 1 year (post permit)
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18yrs of age
- Six months of experience in Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health
