Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging community participation. Assist participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, while providing personal hygiene support and managing behavioral challenges. Ensure safe, person-centered care that empowers individuals to live independently and overcome daily obstacles. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and a high school diploma.
