Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. Provide direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex needs, while maintaining patient and compassionate interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
