Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, developing meaningful relationships and assisting with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests while supporting those with complex needs. Maintain a registered vehicle with valid driver's license and proof of insurance for all duties. Requires six months of experience in human services or direct care.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
