Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing community-based, person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help participants grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships, and support personal goals in areas such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The role requires driving (valid license with clean MVR) and adherence to company safety/insurance requirements. Shift details include 28 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday and every other weekend 3pm–10pm; compensation is hourly with benefits for full-time counterparts and opportunities for growth and development within Sevita.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver\'s license for at least 1 year post permit and a clean MVR
- Ability to meet Sevita insurability policy
