Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community integration. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Take initiative to help individuals achieve developmental goals and enjoy their favorite activities. Maintain a valid driver's license with one year of experience for transportation duties. Work PT overnight shifts (11pm-7am Sun/Mon) at a mission-driven team focused on growth and independence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
