Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them engage in community activities. Provide direct care for those with complex needs, ensuring their growth, learning, and well-being within a mission-driven team. This evening shift role (Tuesday through Saturday, 3-11p) offers competitive hourly pay and full benefits for a stable career in home and community-based specialized health care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
