Direct Support Professional

Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Build meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them integrate into the community through favorite activities. Maintain patient, compassionate, and reliable behaviors while demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with insurance, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. A high school diploma is required.
