Job Summary
Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while assisting them with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and behavioral challenges. Take initiative to help participants join the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who may have complex needs, ensuring they can live well and grow independently. This role requires a high school diploma, six months of human services experience, a valid driver's license, and access to a registered vehicle.
