Job Summary
Assist youth in residential and treatment foster care with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Support participants with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges while developing meaningful relationships. Help individuals transition back into family homes or independent living by taking initiative to connect them with community activities. Maintain ownership and trust from leadership to ensure participants receive personalized programming that fosters stability and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
