Direct Support Professional

Support consumers in a safe environment while fostering their independence and acquiring social skills through a person-centered care approach. Assist with community outings, personal hygiene, mobility exercises, and meal prep, providing verbal prompting for communication needs and in-home safety practices. This part-time role includes overnight hours and requires a valid state license or ID, eligibility to work in the United States, and the ability to pass drug screens and background checks. Candidates must demonstrate patience, kindness, and understanding while adhering to the organization's mission and philosophy within the Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services Waiver program.
