Job Summary
Direct Support Professional in a residence setting providing hands-on supervision and training to adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing individual plans and programs to promote independence, teaching daily living skills, ensuring a safe home, administering medications per PMOF/MAR with CPR and medical procedure familiarity, coordinating with day program staff, transporting persons served to appointments/outings, maintaining records, and collaborating with families and agency staff. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred), a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to or more than 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position focuses on fostering personal growth within home and community activities and adhering to program plans and behavior interventions.
Required Qualifications

- Must have driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, pull and push adequate weight (may be more than 50 pounds)
