Direct Support Professional Mentor

Direct Support Professional (DSP) House Mentor role at Crest Services in Minnesota. Responsibilities include training new employees assigned to the house, mentoring DSPs to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to standards, assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, maintaining a safe and respectful living environment, monitoring and reporting changes in behavior or health, assisting with transportation to appointments or activities, and collaborating with healthcare staff to deliver holistic care. Requires 3+ years of direct care experience with disabilities or older adults, age 21+, valid driver’s license and insurance. Competitive pay at $19/hour, full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm with occasional nights/weekends).
