Job Summary
The Direct Support Professional enhances the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting health, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities include preparing daily routines, supporting individual goals, maintaining a clean environment, assisting with personal care, preparing meals, and transporting clients as needed. Applicants must have a high school diploma, caregiving experience, and a valid California Driver’s License.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of professional or personal experience in caregiving
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- California Driver’s License
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including background check
