Job Summary
Support the daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities while fostering physical, emotional, and social wellness through empathy and compassion. Assist individuals in expressing their preferences, abilities, and opinions to honor their choices and promote self-determination. Work various shifts including days, evenings, and overnights, with some weekend and holiday coverage required, to maintain a supportive living environment promoting dignity and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass background check
- Must be able to work various shifts including days and evenings or overnights because we operate 24 hours a day
- Some weekend and holiday work will also be required
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
