Job Summary
Support the daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities by fostering physical, emotional, and social wellness through empathy and compassion. Assist individuals in expressing their preferences, abilities, and opinions while honoring their choices to promote self-determination. Work various shifts including days, evenings, and overnights to maintain 24-hour coverage, with some weekend and holiday work required. Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.
