Job Summary
Provide an atmosphere that stimulates residents' development of self-confidence and self-worth; serve as Direct Support Professional on duty for residents including program development, goal work, and documentation; engage residents in appropriate activities to promote positive social interactions; educate and assist residents in managing personal funds; complete daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual documentation for residents; support a positive environment and teamwork with staff and the Program Director; uphold facility policies and philosophy. Must be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a genuine desire to interact with and support persons with social and emotional disabilities.
