Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals, developing life skills, and promoting independence through decision-making and self-advocacy. Support community involvement by facilitating participation in activities, shopping, appointments, and social outings while encouraging meaningful relationships. Provide household support including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning, and assist with personal care needs while maintaining dignity and following health and safety protocols. Complete required documentation, electronically record service hours, and participate in agency trainings. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and mobile internet access for per diem work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport individuals when needed
- Mobile internet access

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
