Job Summary
Support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings by assisting with daily living activities, developing skills, and ensuring a meaningful life. Work directly with individuals to encourage goal achievement while maintaining accurate documentation. Perform evening shifts from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. every other weekend, with flexible scheduling available based on individual needs. Maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and pass required background checks. Hands of Heartland trains all candidates and values empathy, patience, and adaptability in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass all required background checks
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have auto insurance
- Must be available for evenings
- Must be available for every other weekend
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to change
