Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Heritage Homes, Jenison, MI. Full-time 2nd shift (2PM-10PM) with every-other-weekend requirement; part-time and on-call shifts also available. DSPs assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health and safety, support community inclusion, and build supportive relationships. Responsibilities include personal care, hygiene and medication administration (with training), monitoring health, facilitating community participation, and helping residents meet goals identified in individual and OT/PT plans. Qualifications: 18+, HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and required pre-employment screenings. Required Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
